Solicitation Description:
Pursuant to Title 19, Subsection 245 (a) of the Virgin Islands Code, the Government Hospitals and Health Facilities Corporation, hereinafter referred to as the
“Corporation” or GHHFC, is a public entity of the Government of the Virgin Islands. The “Corporation” established a division entitled The Territorial Hospital Redevelopment Team (THRT), on behalf of the Charlotte Kimelman Cancer Institute (CKCI), is requesting bids from qualified and licensed firms to provide parking lot paving and ADA upgrades for the Charlotte Kimelman Cancer Institute. The selected contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, tools, equipment, transportation, supervision, services, fees, taxes, permitting, installation, and all other related work necessary to complete the project. Respondents must be licensed and registered in the United States Virgin Islands.
