St. Croix, U.S. Virgin Islands (July 30, 2026) – Gov. Juan F. Luis Hospital & Medical Center (JFL) is pleased to announce that its Mammography Program is officially back online and now scheduling patients. The program offers:
- Routine screening mammograms — no referral required
- Diagnostic mammograms — provider referral required
- Comprehensive breast biopsy services
Patients can once again access the high-quality breast imaging and diagnostic care they have come to expect from our amazing and highly qualified team.
“We’re excited to welcome patients back and continue providing essential breast health services to our community,” said Milidan Zamora, Lead Mammography Tech. “Early detection saves lives, and we’re committed to making breast care accessible right here at home.”
Mammography services are available at the VI Cardiac Center, located on the JFL Campus.
Patients are encouraged to schedule their routine screening mammograms and speak with their healthcare provider if diagnostic imaging is needed.
