Meet Joandra Perez, Lead Hospital Accounts Billing Specialist in our Patient Financial Services (PFS) Department and JFL’s 2024 Employee of the Year!
Joandra has offered her services to JFL for three (3) years. As a valuable member of the PFS team, Joandra enjoys assisting patients with everything billing. When asked how her job impacts JFL, she stated, “My role as a billing specialist involves seeking reimbursements and assisting patients with the billing process, which is very essential to JFL’s income and operations.”
Outside of work, Joandra enjoys playing and coaching softball, the beaches, and of course, the festival season! Joandra, you are doing better for JFL. Thank you for your years of service to JFL and the community. Congratulations! 🎉
