Solicitation Description:
The Territorial Hospital Redevelopment Team (THRT) is soliciting sealed bids from qualified and licensed United States Virgin Islands (USVI) General Construction Contractors for the construction and relocation services associated with the Interim Radiology Outpatient Care Facility.
The project is located on the 2nd Level of the Virgin Islands Cardiac Center (VICC), 4007 Estate Diamond Ruby, Christiansted, St. Croix, U.S. Virgin Islands. The scope includes approximately 3,200 square feet of facility renovation, with 2,628 square feet designated for construction modifications as outlined in the architectural drawings. Work includes the relocation and installation of critical diagnostic equipment, construction and modification of clinical and support spaces, and terminal cleaning and preparation services to ensure readiness for medical operations, all in accordance with Construction Drawings and Specifications prepared by FLAD & Associates.
