DESCRIPTION OF WORK:
The Territorial Hospital Development Team (THRT) seeks to engage an Architecture and Engineering (A&E) firm with a proven track record in developing and designing Hemodialysis outpatient care facilities. This work shall be performed by licensed Architects and Engineers registered in the United States Virgin Islands. The proposed facility, spanning 6,769 square feet, is to be situated at 12C and 14A La Grande Princess, Christiansted VI, 00820. The A&E firm will be responsible for delivering comprehensive design services, in accordance with the FGI Guidelines for Design and Construction of Hospitals-2018 Edition, CMS, TJC, the Virgin Islands Building Code, and all other applicable regulations, codes, and standards.
