St. Croix, USVI – The Gov. Juan F. Luis Hospital & Medical Center (JFL) proudly welcomed the first baby born in the territory for 2025. At precisely 12:00 a.m. on New Year’s Day, Dorgelis Audreina Mujica Cambero and Audu Jose Pereza Exteves celebrated the arrival of their beautiful baby girl, Aitana Cattleya Pereza Mujica. Baby Aitana weighed a healthy 6 pounds, 13 ounces.
The joyous occasion was marked with warm smiles and heartfelt congratulations from the hospital staff and community. Small gifts and donations were presented to the family to commemorate this special milestone on behalf of JFL, Sonya’s, and Premier Baby Store. These support tokens reflect the hospital’s commitment to celebrating new life and fostering connections within the community.
